PLPA 7880. Plant Microbial Ecology. This course is a new addition to the Plant Pathology curriculum for MS and PhD students. This lecture course integrates the concepts in ecology and evolution of plant associated micro-organisms.
PLPA5800/6800/ APBT5800. Omics in Agriculture. This is a hands-on lab course to teach genomics, metagenomics tools commonly used in the biological science. It is also an elective course in the DBS Graduate Certificate program in Computational Biology.
