NSF-CAREER award!

I am very excited that our lab was awarded the NSF CAREER award! This award will give us opportunity to investigate mechanistic basis of host adaptation in xanthomonads. Stay tuned for more updates on this work. We will also be able to continue our outreach efforts to communicate the importance of pathogen emergence in agro-ecosystems, its impact on plant health and ultimately human health.
